  • Agents can now reply to cases with file attachments, making communication more effective and complete.
  • Integrated SAML with Amazon Connect for improved and seamless authentication.

• Parts

  • New AI-powered PDF (BOM) extraction and ingestion experience for streamlined parts management.
  • Introduced a PNG viewer in the Asset Parts tab, allowing users to easily view and extract information from images.

  • Added role-based visibility controls for Manuals, Timeline, Task Apps, and Search to improve access management.

• Task App

  • New flow to create Task Templates directly from reviewed extraction data.

  • Fixed "Save" button errors and tag search results via a new OpenSearch API fix.

• Photos

  • Fixed data mismatch issues between Systems and Assets photo tabs.

• Ingestion

  • Resolved loading issues for Asset Parts.
  • Fixed issues with special character handling (e.g., Danish characters).
  • Improved validation for date formats in asset ingestion via CSV uploads.

• Email

  • Resolved an issue where emails were not being sent correctly from configured accounts.
