Our October 2025 release brings focused improvements across APIs and UI — from enhanced task tracking and user activity insights to refined manuals and quotes workflows. Here’s what’s new:

  • Ingestion API

    • Merged SDK code with the API repository into a unified ingestion-api module.
  • Assets

    • Navigate directly to the configured default tab when selecting an asset from search results.
  • Tasks

    • Added progress tiles across all task template details pages for better visibility and tracking.

Our July 2025 release brings powerful enhancements for managing quotes, orders, and parts — plus improvements to email automation, document handling, and e-commerce integration. Here’s what’s new:

Added

  • Quote Email Automation:

    • Get automatic quote follow-up and expired quote emails every 7 or 14 days, based on account configuration.
    • Accounts can now control whether these emails are sent and choose the frequency.
  • Quote Management:

    • Edit quote details (parts only) directly from the UI.
    • AI based quote data extraction.
    • Ability to update quote parts and automatic mail configuration.
    • Added and updated templates for Quote Expired, Order Placed, and Order Confirmed.
  • Order Management:

    • Dedicated UI tab for orders converted from quotes with statuses Order Placed and Order Confirmed.
  • Parts & Assets:

    • Added search functionality to the Select RFQ field in the Add to RFQ dialog.

    • Updating/removing items now only disables buttons instead of showing a loading skeleton.
    • Item order preserved after adding new items.

    • Fixed PartInstances API response format to return flattened properties.
    • Fixed navigation in Edit Asset flow to return to Asset Details instead of Asset List.
    • Fixed crashes and layout issues in Create/Edit Part dialogs across devices.

  • Introducing the Quotes App:

    • You can now manage quotations directly within the platform through our new Quotes app.
    • Easily draft, submit, and follow up on quotes — all from one place.
    • The system supports multiple quotes per account (if enabled, contact support for more on this feature), offering more flexibility for your teams.
  • Quote Automation:

    • We have added automation to send follow-up emails when needed, improving communication and keeping things moving.

Fixed

  • Access App:

    • Fixed an issue where previously selected items kept showing up in the transfer list, even after deselection.
  • Task Management:

    • Resolved a bug that was preventing tasks from being assigned to all users.
  • Organization Management:

    • Fixed an issue where some users were unable to delete an organization.
