Our April 2026 release brings important security updates, usability improvements, and new features across Cases, Task App, Parts, and more — helping enhance reliability, flexibility, and overall user experience.

  • Cases

    • Agents can now reply to cases with file attachments, making communication more effective and complete.
    • Integrated SAML with Amazon Connect for improved and seamless authentication.
  • Parts

    • Introduced a PNG viewer in the Asset Parts tab, allowing users to easily view and extract information from images.
  • Role

    • Added role-based visibility controls for Manuals, Timeline, Task Apps, and Search to improve access management.
  • Task App

    • Added support to generate PDFs even when no predefined template is available.
    • Tasks can now be repeated, improving efficiency for recurring workflows.
    • Introduced custom permissions for task apps, allowing controlled access to templates and tasks.
  • Profile

    • Users can now choose their preferred date and time format directly from their profile settings.

Added

  • Introducing the Quotes App:

    • You can now manage quotations directly within the platform through our new Quotes app.
    • Easily draft, submit, and follow up on quotes — all from one place.
    • The system supports multiple quotes per account (if enabled, contact support for more on this feature), offering more flexibility for your teams.
  • Quote Automation:

    • We have added automation to send follow-up emails when needed, improving communication and keeping things moving.

Fixed

  • Access App:

    • Fixed an issue where previously selected items kept showing up in the transfer list, even after deselection.
  • Task Management:

    • Resolved a bug that was preventing tasks from being assigned to all users.
  • Organization Management:

    • Fixed an issue where some users were unable to delete an organization.
