Profile

Profile​

This is the information of the logged in user. It's accessed by clicking the profile of the logged in user's avatar on the top right of the page.

User Info​

This is where you can edit your personal details.

  • The "Save Changes" button is disabled until any changes are made on the page.
  • Unit of Measure choices areImperial, Metric and None.
    • None will not do any conversions and will display the data based on what the device/asset sends in.
  • The Time zone selection will make sure that the timestamps will be displayed in the selected time zone.

Password​

This lets you change the password on your account.

  • The Password and Confirm Password fields must match.
  • When you update your password you should get an email saying the password has changed.

Shipping Address​

This lets you change the shipping address so it is pre-populated when you purchase any product from the Ecommerce app.

System Notifications​

Notifications are messages that are posted for all users to see in Industrility. These notifications are typically used to announce upcoming maintenance windows, or new features that have been released to Industrility.

You may opt-in to receive notifications via email. On the Subscriptions page, check 'Yes, I would like to receive notification emails' and click the Save button. Anytime a notification is posted to Industrility you will receive the notification to your email address associated to your Industrility account.

You may opt-out at any time by unchecking 'Yes, I would like to receive notifications emails' and clicking the Save button. Notifications will then not be sent to the email address associated to your Industrility account.
