FieldPro is available on both platforms:

| Android | Google Play Store, or direct APK install provided by your administrator |
💡 Some organizations use a custom-branded version of FieldPro (e.g., "MyAstec", "MyPDC"). Ask your administrator for the correct app name.
🔑 Logging In
- Open FieldPro
- Enter your email and password (the same credentials you use for the Industrility web platform)
- Tap Sign In
If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), tap the SSO button and follow your company's authentication flow (e.g., Microsoft Azure AD, Okta).
🔐 Biometric Authentication
After your first login, you can enable biometric authentication for faster access:
- Go to Settings → Biometric Auth
- Toggle it On
- On your next app launch, unlock with Face ID (iOS) or Fingerprint (Android) instead of typing your password
💡 Biometric auth uses your device's secure hardware (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Your credentials are never stored in plain text.
🔄 App Updates
FieldPro supports over-the-air updates — new features and fixes are delivered directly to your device without requiring a trip to the App Store.
- When an update is available, you'll see a prompt: "Update Available — Restart Now / Later"
- Tap Restart Now to apply immediately, or Later to apply on the next app launch
- Updates download in the background while you work
💡 Occasionally, a full app update through the App Store may be required (you'll be notified). This happens when major new capabilities are added.
❓ Troubleshooting Login
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| "Invalid credentials" | Verify your email and password match your web platform login. Try resetting your password via the web portal. |
| SSO button not visible | Your organization may not have SSO enabled. Contact your administrator. |
| App won't open after update | Force-close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, reinstall from the App Store / Play Store. |
| Biometric auth not working | Ensure Face ID / Fingerprint is enabled in your device's system settings. Toggle biometric auth off and on in FieldPro Settings. |
