⚙️ App Settings
Configure FieldPro to match your preferences. Access settings from the Settings tab in the bottom navigation.
🌐 General Settings

🔐 Security

🤖 Smart AI

| Smart Fill — Voice AI | On / Off | Show/hide the floating mic button for hands-free form filling |
| Smart Populate | On / Off | Show/hide the carry-forward banner when previous data is available |
| Smart Memo — Voice AI | On / Off | Show/hide the mic button in the field toolbar for voice memos |

🔄 Sync & Data
| Setting | Options | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Auto-Sync | On / Off | Automatically sync data when internet is available. When off, sync only runs manually from the Sync tab. |
| Push Notifications | On / Off | Receive push notifications for new assignments and updates (default: off) |
📋 Task Types
If your account has multiple task types enabled (e.g., Inspections + Checklists + Walkthroughs), this setting appears:
- Tap Task Types to open a selection sheet
- Check/uncheck which task types appear on your dashboard
- Tap Done to save — your dashboard refreshes immediately
💡 This setting only appears when your administrator has enabled more than one task type for your account.
👤 Account
| Action | Description |

| Profile | View your name, email, and role |
| Log Out | Sign out and return to the login screen |
⚠️ Logging out clears all local data including pending sync items. Make sure everything is synced before logging out.
