🏠 The Dashboard​

When you open FieldPro, the dashboard shows all your assigned tasks organized by status.

Task Cards​

Each card represents an assigned task (inspection, checklist, audit, walkthrough, training, or survey). Cards show the task name, template, assigned asset/system, and status.

FieldPro supports multiple task types β€” all sharing the same card-based dashboard:

The Near Me tab shows a map with all your accessible systems and assets plotted by GPS location. Tap any pin to see its details, status, and start a task directly from the map.


βž• Add Request​

Can't find the system or asset you're looking for? The Add tab lets you flag missing data to your administrator.

  1. Select the request type: New System or New Asset
  2. Fill in: Ref ID / Job Number, Customer Name, Location, Address, Notes
  3. Tap Submit β€” your administrator receives the request and can add the missing record

πŸ“Š Past Inspections​

When resuming an in-progress task, tap Past History to view all previous completed tasks of the same template for the same asset or system.

Each history card shows:

  • Completion date and technician name
  • Per-section pass/fail badges
  • Overall report status (Pass / Fail / N/A)
  • Expand to see section-level detail and flag indicators
  • View Full Report opens the complete report
