Our June 2025 release brings a brand-new app to manage contacts, smoother search functionality, and important improvements behind the scenes. Here's what’s new:

Added

• Introducing the Contact App:

  • A new Contact app is now available to help you manage people-related information more effectively.
  • You can now track contacts with fields like organization, department, job title, alternate email, and notes — giving you richer context and better record-keeping.

• Smarter Search URLs:

  • Searching just got more powerful! You can now share or bookmark search results using a cleaner and structured URL format:

    /app/search/<app_name>/<search_query>?filter1=value1&filter2=value2
    

  • This makes it easier to revisit specific search results or send them to teammates.

Fixed

• Notifications:

  • Fixed a bug where notifications weren’t disappearing even after clicking mark as read — they now clear as expected.

  • You can now manage entire organizations directly within the Access app!
  • View a list of organizations and see all the details in one place.
  • Create or update organizations, and assign users, admins, assets, systems, and roles — all from a single screen.
  • Organization admins can manage their team: add users, assign roles, and view the organizational structure.

• Smarter Connections Between Organizations and Assets/Systems:

  • When adding or editing an asset or system, you can now link it directly to an organization.
  • Don’t worry — any existing “owner” data will continue to work smoothly with this new setup.

• Search Inside PDFs Instantly:

  • You can now search inside PDF documents directly using our new built-in PDF viewer!
  • Whether you're reviewing a report or a technical document, finding specific text is now quick and easy — just type and search.
