  • Merged SDK code with the API repository into a unified ingestion-api module.

• Assets

  • Navigate directly to the configured default tab when selecting an asset from search results.

• Tasks

  • Added progress tiles across all task template details pages for better visibility and tracking.
  • Automatically generate unique task labels during enrollment for improved organization.

• Quotes

  • Introduced the ability to view Order Confirmation PDFs and Purchase Order PDFs directly within the quotes workflow.
  • Introduced a timeline view showing webhook and external event activity.
  • Added child part nesting support for a clearer, structured quote items list in quotes and related emails.

• Access

  • Introduced Self-Serve Ingestion, empowering users to upload and manage their own ingestion workflows.
  • Added visibility into failed records within the Requests table for easier troubleshooting.
  • Display selected ingestion type details and enable template downloads for quick setup.

  • Added a completion notification when parts ingestion finishes successfully.

  • Enhanced global search with support for contacts, dealers, and stores, making them searchable directly within relevant apps and quote creation flows.

  • Fixed an issue where alerts were not being generated correctly.

  • Fixed multiple UI and data issues:
    • Filters being removed when changing the number of pages.
    • Document creation failure when tag filters were applied.
    • Incorrect metadata auto-selection in Dynamic Manuals.

• Users

  • Fixed tracking of user activity on the website.

• Outcomes

  • Fixed failure on the outcomes edit page.
  • Fixed hierarchy expansion issues in Parts when interacting with the 3D viewer.

• Performance & Stability

  • Improved reliability and performance across ingestion, search, and quoting workflows.

Our July 2025 release brings powerful enhancements for managing quotes, orders, and parts — plus improvements to email automation, document handling, and e-commerce integration. Here’s what’s new:

Added

• Quote Email Automation:

  • Get automatic quote follow-up and expired quote emails every 7 or 14 days, based on account configuration.
  • Accounts can now control whether these emails are sent and choose the frequency.

• Quote Management:

  • Edit quote details (parts only) directly from the UI.
  • AI based quote data extraction.
  • Ability to update quote parts and automatic mail configuration.
  • Added and updated templates for Quote Expired, Order Placed, and Order Confirmed.

• Order Management:

  • Dedicated UI tab for orders converted from quotes with statuses Order Placed and Order Confirmed.

• Parts & Assets:

  • Added search functionality to the Select RFQ field in the Add to RFQ dialog.
  • New tab in the quote page for Quote Edit and Add Part dialog.

• Documents Management:

  • Edit and delete documents in Systems and Assets tabs.
  • Restore and permanently delete documents in Manuals tab.
  • Updated upload document experience.

• Parts API Enhancements:

  • Bulk update capability for parts based on partNumber.
  • Create Orphan Parts API and corresponding UI support.

Changed

• Parts UI Improvements:

  • Removed part instance–specific fields from Edit Part Number dialog.
  • Updated headings and captions in Create/Edit Part dialogs.

• Assets UI Enhancements:

  • Parts tab list now uses a dedicated Part Details dialog for images/info instead of hover image.
  • Add to Cart icon now opens a Product Details dialog instead of redirecting to product page.

Fixed

• Search:

  • Improved part search relevance — part number matches now prioritized appropriately.
  • Fixed pagination issues in part search results with a custom footer for unique results.

• Cart & Quote Cart:

  • Updating/removing items now only disables buttons instead of showing a loading skeleton.
  • Item order preserved after adding new items.

• Parts & Assets:

  • Fixed PartInstances API response format to return flattened properties.
  • Fixed navigation in Edit Asset flow to return to Asset Details instead of Asset List.
  • Fixed crashes and layout issues in Create/Edit Part dialogs across devices.
