Our early-December 2025 release brings improved visibility into ingestion workflows, smarter task handling, better document and quote management, and important security updates — all aimed at enhancing reliability and usability across the platform.

- Introduced task repeatability for form fields, making recurring data entry smoother and more structured.

- Added success and failure counts across all ingestion workflows for improved visibility into processing results.

Quotes & Contacts
- When creating a quote or contact, the options shown in the organization and contact dropdowns now respect your access permissions:
- Users with organization read access will see all organizations.
- Users without organization read access will see their own organization only.
- Contacts shown depend on whether you have access to the Contacts app and its data, showing only relevant contacts under your organization if access is limited.

- Fixed an issue where child manuals in dynamic manuals lost PDF outlines and annotations, so all document structure and notes are now preserved.
